I just installed one of these on a 3Gs and, I must say, it did dim the output of the screen brightness quite a bit. Yes, you can still see, however, it's even more difficult to view than ye ol' LG Shine in terms of brightness.
The worst part is that when viewing, even from a SLIGHT angle, you get an annoying "rainbow" effect.
I suggest to those interested that they purchase from someone with a lenient return policy.
Nice review Larry. My local Target has a very slim selection of iPhone products but I have not seen these. $13 seems like a fair price. I hope you do a follow up saying if they hold up as good as a Power Support or others.

All the mirrored protectors are very hard to see outdoors.

yahh but it makes the phone look REALLY Nice.
its worth it. just turn up the brightness when outdoors. thats what i do. it works fine, not too bad..
