You retards know nothing of anatomy. Your hips are located at the very top of the thigh and are usually at the fullest part of your butt. You usually wear your jeans right above your hips. Your butt and hip measurements are usually exactly the same.

WHAAT? how so? i'm waay skinnier that the woman above and i got 40 inches o.O and i don't have a big but, trust me. my hips measurement (on the hip bone) is 35 inches. i have a question: when they provide the models measurements like e.g. 34-24-35 , the last number, wich is the hips, is measured like this or on the hip bone?

40 inch isnt big for a girl,it's just curvy,most of guys like girls with curvy hips or may be big butts

That's a butt measurement, NOT a hip measurement. Plus, you don't measure them with shorts or any pants, otherwise, the measurements would be bigger than they should be.

fullest part, its different for everyone, but if you were to do a slight squat, you would find where the very top of your legs meet the front of your torso. im not saying this is definately right for everyone, just a place to start with

I'm sorry but I think that's wrong, Measuring that loose with shorts on is bound to add like 2 inches.
