Hills overlook a city, so how should campus life be overlooking a city? Should we leave the mood catering to its surroundings, meaning Mission Blvd, the City of Hayward and the hills. Should we redevelop Life on a section from The Hayward Public Library all the way down to Jefferson Street.
The University has the amazing school facilities that will aide students who wish to study here.
