You can clearly see the Black SUV moved a little. Forgive it for being a little heavier then the rest of those vehicles. Anyone who doesnt think it moved is just blind and/or looking for something to complain about.

This could also most likely be photo-shopped, don't trust everything your government throws at you. The black car showed no signs of movement and the war didn't react with it.
