  • Sick metaphor of how corrupt this world is!!

  • Yo, its unbelievable that this has only 11 k.

This might just be the saddest truths life has ever provided as proof of wickedness.

  • One of the best lyricists of all time! It hurts me to see that there is a dislike on this song -____-

  • Shai Linne!

  • Dude dead went mad hard about school ..

  • That's why we gotta pray each day so that the lord glorifies himself in these schools, and speaking of prayer, it really sucks that prayer in schools are not allowed no more, because the devil has made that happen, he wants to see us suffer in school rather than get educated through God's grace.

  • @RealHipHopTunes That's why as Christians we gotta fight back!! (Sometimez even protest)

  • Oh my gosh this song's lyrics are almost exactly like the inner city school I substitute at in Birmingham, Alabama. Its just an injustice to these kids what goes on. They do have uniforms and maybe the weed is very hidden but there is so much violence, impregnated girls, and lack of respect for anyone. Its sad what so many black kids go through. I am white though and many kids only know false doctrines from religious black churches. I witness Christ as much as I can with few results...:-(

  • The kids just go to school and hang out and sit around. They do get to eat because of the government gives the poorest kids free lunches or really cheap lunches. There are fights all the time at these schools and kids are obsessed with filthy partying and weed and alcohal. It breaks my heart and the barely do any school work and run around the hallways exactly like the lyrics in this song. but sometimes they have guards walking around telling kids to get back to class. 2 kids jumped outthewindow

  • Where can i buy this cd?

  • @TheAcconoclast C28 or a christian book store (:

  • There is Schools Like this all across the nation. I even went to one like this. The song is basically a worldly perspective on bearing fruit. The School has to be shut down due to the fact it Produces nothing of positvity...even the So called '' Christians ''. It is a metaphor on testimony if you ask me; and how even a worldly mind can see the failure of a plant not bearing good fruit.

  • Wow. amazing.

  • Shut it down? That's a recommendation I didn't expect from shai linne.. doesn't God use the weak things of this world to shame the wise.. what if God can still use a school like that, change things around..

  • Good point. If I had to guess, I would think that shai linne meant 'shut it down' as in 'shut down our old ways'. They need a new school. Same students but going in the right direction. Check out 2nd Cor 5:17. "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!"

  • @hannakrystel he gave his explanation previous before he gave his verdict. His whole point is the foundation laid was one unglorifying to God. If the house is built on sand it won't last the storms. And when it comes to the youth of today it is important our schools are placed upon a solid foundation otherwise shut it down. And let someone build a new one that has a better foundation.

  • isnt this song like a big metaphor for the world?

  • yeah. well, that's what I always thought anyway

  • yeeeeeeup!

  • @kuyaomnism Seems to me like he was just talking about schools in general.

  • nice beat, decent flow, excellent lyrics.

  • sadly what he is talking about is completely true in most urban schools now a days... now of course he did use exaggerations but Im from cincinnati and when i was in school there was one called CAPE. It was the largest inner city school in the early 90's and when i went there to play them thats is what u seen kids smoking pot goin nuts metal detecters ect. I never felt safe there and thankfully they did shut it down it was deplorable but still many schools exist today like that!!! 8(

  • 2 things:

    1. I can't believe how divinely talented Shai Linne is...

    2. I can't believe there is a school like this that is still getting fresh students.. I mean, is there any??

  • 2. i wouldn't doubt it

  • Dude go to a lot of inner city schools and this is whats going on. Go to Birmingham Alabama. Its crazy! There was a fight in the gym with like 50 kids going at it. There are no real gangs just a lot of street cliques. It is so godless and the kids dont learn anything!!!

  • @billybee Yeahh it's called the world =p

  • shai linne is a sweet rapper

  • I would have to say many schools look more like this than they should. It is difficult to uphold morality and justice in schools that promote the lack of morality and justice.
