I think this young lady needs to reassess the problem. It isn't Yoga, it is her over-zealous pursuit of something. 15 hours a day is a lot to spend on anything. I would really like some more information about what you are talking about. I thought Yoga was just stretching. There is a parent that comes to my childs Kindergarten class and does yoga with the kids...I also do some yoga stretches after working out. Hold on, I think I know what you mean. I did zazen meditation twice and became "enlightened" like get passed your ego and stuff like that. Is that the same as your yoga? It was scary for me 2 I had like psychological demons though nothing physical. I've always been skeptical of eastern religions, they sit around and do nothing all day instead of actually doing something to help society and their philosophy I swear is identical to stoner philosophy lol.
