No, he's eligible for parole in ~40 years actually. I think it was originally 50 but the Home Secretary's powers were stripped so a judge set it to 40.

"raped, murdered, ate"?? No, he didn't eat his victims and he told his parents (who visited him in jail) exactly what happened and how the two girls died. The small amount that leaked to the tabloids says that he claims there was no sexual motive, so if that's true then I don't quite get exactly what happened.
