I tape the 2 wooden toothpicks you see attached to the wings with a slight forward balance... so the heli will always be flying forward. That along with twisting the tail rotor slightly clockwise (like in the instructions) should give you my performance setup. The rest is simply skill hahaha

With the twist on the tail, does it pull the picco to the right or left without your concent?...like do you have to keep adjusting it's flight in one direction to keep it going straight cause it keeps pulling the other way?...I was getting this problem with my micro hughes, and I have a picco arriving tomorrow, just don't want the same thing happening.
i just got mine today and mine isn't moving forward as much as that, mine is kinda stopping every time i turn, i tried turning the rotor 30% like it says but it hasn't helped much, am i flying it wrong or do i need to add some things on?
hey! I am thinking about buying a picoo z tomorrow! but i am not sure. sould i get a picoo z or a black ghost? how do you get your chopper to fly forward you must be very skilled!
My Mod's to the PiccoZ are rather simple... twist the tail rotor about 5 degrees clockwise, add a few grams of weight directly under the main rotor mass and a couple wooden toothpicks for landing skids... that's it! The rest is all pilot experience. :)

What's the max flight time on one charge? Is the battery replaceable or built-in like the Micro Mosquito kind of deal?
