  • Why the hell would you call someone from DEMOCRATIC Taiwan which fights against COMMUNIST Chinese a Communist?

  • @MidNightRider2001

    Your mother is a Communist

  • indeed. Mr. liu, indeed.

  • Yay "engineer more rules" to make things "more fair." Wow. Isn't that the definition of socialism? Did this guy ever have a class in the constitution?

  • @stimpsonjcathoek No, that's the definition of "basic human decency".

  • SCOTUS!.....OMG...a justice for the people....shocked...eat it repubs..you lost and you continue to lose.

  • @hurleyburly You clearly don't understand constitutional jurisprudence. Judges interpret the law and politicians (i.e. Congress) make the laws. A justice for the people would be MAKING laws rather than interpreting them.

Now if you have no problem violating traditional constitutional jurisprudence and allowing unelected judges to create law rather than State/Federal legislatures (the true voice of the people) in an effort to expedite some leftist ideology than I feel sorry for you.

  • Just play by the rules and you, and USA, will survive. Oh, the we don't really know what the rules are, because of Berkeleyites like this guy?

Obama likes this fellow radical? Oh Shit!

  • what exactly of this makes him a commie?

  • That is much less radical than what Jesus said about the rich man. Disagreeing with the concentration of wealth doesn't make someone a communist. An actual communist would suggest the violent elimination of private property as a solution to the concentration of wealth. I must have missed him saying that unless the right wing lunatic that titled this thread just wanted to publicly display his/her ignorance.

  • Should I turn you in to the FBI? Don't threaten people just because you disagree with them.

  • Compare the constitution of the ussr and the obama/democrat agenda, almost the same.

  • Personally - I blame the Mooninites for all the problems. If only they had stayed on the moon then we wouldn't be having these issues. Anyone with me?

  • This is war, the day of reckoning is near when the patriots in America will cause insurrection and an armed revolt civil war uprising to purge our government of treasonous politicians!!!

  • why does he not go back to Tawain if he hates the US so; get out of her;

    go back to your roots

  • the day of americans uprising is coming!!!

  • @fuzzypaws17 It's already here! The Democratic Socialist revolution started in 2006 and culminated in the 2008 elections. Now we are seeing the results! You think it's over? Go back and study history and compare economic conditions with the elections of 1932 and 1934. 2010 will be another Democratic Socialist blowout, the agenda marches on. Viva Revolucion!!!!!

  • Yep John... I am afraid it is

  • Why in the hell do we citzens fund commmunist higher learning

  • Who better than to destroy the US Constitution than a constitutional lawyer/community agitator/Marxist such as Uhbama? Now someone with the same views is HAND PICKED by that Kenyan prick to a lifetime (!) position!!!

  • One of Obama's eligiblity law suits is waiting, on appeal, in the very Court he was appointed to-like that is a surprize.

  • It just keeps getting better. How about CREATING your own wealth? ....instead of stealing that of others under the guise of "fairness".

  • @ConcernedAmericans

current law interpretation makes it quite difficult for people who do not already have wealth, to create wealth. but quite easy for those who are rich to become richer. if you believe people should have the opportunity to create wealth, you should hope Liu is appointed.

  • @aSheeple

Wrong. Everyone already has the opportunity to create wealth ...what they lack is the ambition or fortitude to do so. Successful people take great personal risks, sacrifice many years of their life, and fail many times before they finally see an idea to fruition. It's only right and just that they should be well rewarded for their struggle. "Current law interpretation" only prevents a mob of less industrious people from stealing the wealth and hard work of others.

  • @ConcernedAmericans

The data show that the odds of rising from the lower quintile to the top quintile is well under .1% while the odds of staying in the top quintile are quite good (poor stay poor and rich stay rich). most research is funded by the government, not entrepreneurs. most of the big companies were founded during the industrial revolution and have created dynasties that still exist today. 1% of the US population has 43% of the wealth. business cant be started unless you have money.

  • @aSheeple

You've said nothing...except that success is difficult to achieve. Yes, life is hard. Those who overcome its difficulties are entitled to the wealth they create.

No research has EVER been funded by government. ALL funding for EVERYTHING government does comes from entrepreneurs, big companies and individuals ...the taxpayers.

Not 1 dime is needed to start a business if you have a marketable idea. Investors will give you the money if you have any ideas besides legislative looting.

  • @ConcernedAmericans

tinyurl (dot) com/y6zst6 link about income and class mobility

also, the technology your using to connect to youtube (computers, the internet, fiver optics, etc...) were all developed with decades of government funding before they became profitable enough for businesses to use. in fact, governments around the world have to fund research for years before technologies are close enough to complete to be profitable. fusion electrical plants are in that stage now for example

  • @aSheeple

U R literally saying nothing. You may as well say "It's hard to climb mountains and very few people reach the summit of Everest," ...and then conclude, "It's not fair." Success is evidence of opportunity, not unfairness.

Again, the government has NEVER funded anything. ALL Gov. spending(pure research, universities, etc) is financed on the backs of productive taxpayers ...entrepreneurs, companies & individuals. It is they who you owe your thanks for the internet. You're welcome..;-)

  • @ConcernedAmericans

if success is evidence of opportunity, then are kingdoms full of opportunity because their kings are successful? the rich pay less taxes than the poor, if your born poor you may have to work 2 jobs to stay alive and your kids will be born into the same situation. The midle class has to rent themselves out to the rich (due to wage labor). any opportunity for profit is going to be capitalized on by those who already have the money and connections to exploit the opportunity.

  • @aSheeple

America is a representative republic ..never had a king ..your question is out of context & irrelevant(see red herring). But yes, if forced to live in a kingdom, one would have more opportunity under a successful king vs a mediocre one(see history). Saying the poor have no money but pay the majority of taxes is a silly absurdity(see math). Anything alive(except children & welfare recipients) must do something to stay alive(see nature). Everyone has opportunities to prosper in America.

  • PC affirmative action

  • Associate Law Dean and Professor..I think we all know what's happened to most of our college grads today and why they are overwhelmingly liberal and communist!!

  • Engineering a set of rules to control the "flow" of wealth... from the bench. It must be good to be king.

  • Quacks like a duck walks like a duck its a fucking communist !

  • MMMmmm Duck :) Roasted with all the fixins :)
