@PopePrincess The guitarist has nothing to do with Randy's movements, he's moving his leg much more because he's using a stompbox, that's the beat you can hear in the background that sounds similar to a bass/kick drum on a drumset. Hope that helps a little. At 0:55 you can see the puppeteers hand near Randy's ass pop up and down to the beat, so it's still all the puppeteer.
