Obviously you're not french so you cannot understand this kind of humor but the clip is incomplete. You should see the entire scene and probably learn french to understand the joke.

Julie Ferrier is playing a debutante who got dressed too quickly and who is totally emotional by the fact that she has to present the best short movie even if she's supposed to have played in more that 72 short movies so far...
