Take 10 aspirins and it will be your last head ache, drink too much alcohol and you will die. It is absolutely impossible to die from marijuana. Marijuana side affects include, Happy, Hungry and Sleepy, thats all. I would be a lot less concerned if my kids only try marijuana instead of binge drinking or Ritalin.

Responsible marijuana use should be legal. I am young, I am 19, but I have friends who are still under 17, and their parents buy into this reefer madness bullshit basically, believing that marijuana use leads to criminal activity or to bad morals. One friend got caught trying alcohol and his parents simply took his car privileges away for a few days, he was caught smoking and they took that away for a month. Parents have the right to discipline, but see what they think is worse? Sad.

Hardcore racist theocrats in the Republican party back in the 1930s succesfully made it a racial issue when they started calling it Marijuana, which is the spanish word for it. The argument was very similar back then, but much more racist. The argument then was:
