thats the first error i have ever - EVER - seen during a Senna quali lap.

But it should be noted that:

1.) these cars were vastly more difficult to drive than current cars- turbo lag, savage power curve (particularly that Honda), and woeful handling compared to current cars- he did a masterful job to minimize the consequence and keep it all contained- in fact he almost kept it on the road. A top driver rarely makes mistakes and when they occasionally do, they keep the consequences to a minimum.
