You combined several VMs/emulation and made a video but what is the message?

To your Gimp and others comparison you could also say "My motorcycle is faster than my bicycle". Where is the statement?

Error messages stay inside AROS, productivity inside Linux. What is the use of having AROS' Wanderer as program starter if you are using Linux apps almost all the time? DOpus and AMPlifier aren't really that attracting applications - even not to DOS guys. Emulated games aren't, either.

Ahh boy... my mac is technically faster as the base AresOne 2010 which came only around 250€. And if i say that Giimp runs on a slower machine faster than on a Macbook Pro 2x 2,53GHZ 8GB(and 1500€ worth machine) than there is a statement. Or am i wrong?

The thing is that you missed to mention the most important information: the specs. If you give a statement it is wise to bring the facts in parallel rather than just on request. Otherwise it is just nothing that anybody can compare and judge himself.

BTW, the only thing emulated is 68k code. AROS and Linux apps are not emulated, they just run at the same time.

I was talking about emulation only for games as you can see. Not for AROS, Linux ... whatever.

Does AROS use one core while Linux runs on a different one?
