I totally understand the whole goal number issue. And, for me, the more I loose...the more things start to hang low or lower than before...namely my arms.
I feel you because during the week I have a structured regimine but on the weekend I am very lax on my program. Keep up the great work and you look awesome!!! You are motivation to me!!!
You really are an exercise machine. When it feels good we want to hit repeat and do it over again. that is what i love most about exercise, that post work out swagger and the lasting benefits. Sweets are the devil and it is very wise of you to be aware of how they affect you and this journey. I travel a ton and i just make exercise a priority at hotels. work is 1st, exercise is 2nd and food is 3rd. that is how i do it. not easy at first but gets easier with time and practice. Onward!
so much to take in. . .watching it twice. i too struggled for a good bit with the weekday routine vs. weekend routine. i ended up just starting each weekend day with exercise and everything else came together. you'll get into some type of pattern, but ya have to make eating a part of it. i did not even think about your modeling with goal weight - duh! 190 is a start. mark my words - you'll desire to go lower once you realize you can! btw: strong is the new sexy and skinny in my book!
Is plus size modeling your career how dies your weight loss effect that? You r doing great ! Agree goals have to be small and attainable to get us to our ultimate goal! Have a great week!
@julzbandedlife Not my career but still a big part of my life. I changed my profile picture on my channel. That pic was from last June where they said I was too small. I am getting to a point now I am disqualifying myself with the weight loss. Seems like a small thing but is on my mind. I am taking it one step at a time though. Thanks for checking in.
