@Trunks800 That is because Ethiopia, like the Sudan, is a country that straddles "Black Africa" (pure Negro people) & "Semitic Africa" (Arab/Berber/ancient Egyptian) regions north of the Sahara desert. So, most Ethiopians have various degrees of admixture between these two races and the spectrum extends from the purely black/negro peoples in the southern/western borderlands of Ethiopia with Kenya & Sudan to the nearly Arabic-looking people in the northern tips of Ethiopia. @THEBADASSOROMO - "kushitic" does not mean of "pure" race. In fact, there is no tribe in the world that is "pure" in terms if its racial purity. The word "kush" was used in the bible and it simply means "black" or "negro". The classical Greek term "Iytopia" or "Ethiopia" also means "black" or negro". Oromos are Africans but that does not mean ALL Africans have same features. Some are too dark (Sudanese), too skinny (Somalis), too muscly (Nigerians), with large bottoms (South Africans), etc.
