Ah! I do this routine all the time. Actually came up with a very similar idea, researched, and came across this. A very great, little known, effect.
Instead of a coin though, I borrow a ring. And talk about when I wanna hide stuff, I hide it in my deck. Then follow the same routine, using the kings to "guard" her ring. At the end, I show the transpo, and go to hand her the ring only to have it vanish and reappear on my own finger.
Nice effect, got it on a second viewing but I reckon it would fly easily in front of laymen.
I would work on the patter though, it starts of energetic but near the reveal it somehow dampens the tempo. Which makes the ending a bit less magical.
Maybe it would also be better if you'd separate the Sisters before revealing the coin. Creating an offbeat and a distinction between the deck and the sisters. Then reveal the coin and finally the sisters.
i like it. but major props for using those cards because of the different boarder colors on the face and back. keep it up man, i really enjoy ur stuff
I liked your patter, always waited for the JD to turn up actually ;) but I think you need more confidence for the patter. See just my personal opinion, without any expertise in any field. I felt a certain amount of uncertainty in your voice at times, which will go away with when you become more comfortable with it I think. Compared to everything myself could patter, it was excellent. Go ahead.
Very well presented, but when are you making the last TA review?

But great routine, no doubt.

My 2 cents, hope it helps.

Thank you for you advice and help.
Got it on the second viewing? As long as you didn't on the first, that's all I ask.

Thank you for the excellent advice... the patter's still relatively fresh, I'll work on it until I can recite it word for word without thinking.
