@vinnybless Thank you very much for great video. Of course when one developing pains, one have to address it, but not less important is to perform these techniques as a preventive effort. I believe it must do for everyone who's spending a lot of time on front of computer and/or performing work involving repeated motion within wrist muscles. Even when you'll get ready of pains, I would recommend to implement this protocol at least a few times a week.
Im finly at the point where my arm wrist and elbow hurt so i need to do this xD thank you for a great video
