  • I feel the urge to let everyone know that this was the band's 2nd gig ever. To this day, all four members of the band are spread out all over the U.S. They play together about 20 times a year at best; although 2011 looks to have more bookings. The point needs to be made to those who like to compare this band to the old crew: The "old" NRBQ, no matter which incarnation we're talking about, played together almost every night for 35 years. See what I'm trying to say? ; )

  • Terry is about the most animated pianist I have ever seen. I used to follow "the Q" around like a dog. Always great stuff.

  • THANKS FOR THE MUSIC AND ENERGY TERRY!

    YOU MAKE LIFE MORE POSITIVE

  • Seeing Scott brings a big ole' s-eatin' smile to my face.

  • @AshleyInsanityVanity No, I'm from Peoria, Illinois, where Scott is originally from. Although, I did live in KY for about 5 years.

  • nonsense, all of you...don't you ever grow up? Terry Adams and the rest of NRBQ were never the same since they fired Pete Best....that drummer looked cool!

  • They are good, but the original NRBQ was the best!

  • Nice. Scott does a good Big Al but there ain't no Joey.

  • thank u Terry!!!! Miss the Q but miss u more!!! Musical Genius....with luv Maureen +1

  • Big Al, Tommy and Joey would have ripped that place apart.

  • can this be possible? terry has improved upon the old band. with a hot young band. looks like everybody is having fun for real.

  • do you think from when terry says "don't stop now" all that was improvision?

  • I would say, most definitely! This was only their second gig as a band. There wasn't much that WASN'T improvised at that point! ha

  • God Bless Us All !

  • I wonder if Mr Sen still has bad breath?

  • Sounds great, but imagine if Big Al was on stage.......

  • God Bless Terry!

  • Q fan since '69. Decent Dixie, but if you want to hear it absolutely shredded, find the cover by Dixie Dregs with Steve Morse. The live version was staggering.

  • I am wrong. The Burton guitar- he got it in 1953 has a maple neck. Scott's has a rosewood fingerboard from about 1958 or '59 onwards.

  • Is that a James Burton "Standard" Telecaster that Scott is playing? Fender have issued a guitar modeled on Burton's original Tele that he had sprayed up in red- I believe it's a Cadillac paint- Coronado Red or something like that. Burton uses it when requested to on sessions. Good Ole Boy.

  • Hey Dad - Here's the video of Scott Ligon playing with Terry Adams of NRBQ at the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame ceremony in honor of Jerry Lee Lewis ..

  • This as all the T and A I need!lol!Amazing cat Terry is.....;)

  • This be rock 'n roll piano

  • not the same feel as nrbq..but good! love Terry always....amasing fingers..and still makes me smile.

  • Honk If You Love Terry !!!

  • テリーアダムスは、 1つの地獄のピアニスト

  • Got anymore?

  • Oh my he is so fine!!!!

good piano player too! Love YA TERRY.

  • It's always a treat to see Terry on the keyboards.

  • Once again... Thank-Q!

Where's this from and is there more?! Awesome!

  • Back in November 2007, the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame honored Jerry Lee Lewis in Cleveland, and they were one of the guest performers. I was at the show - UNBELIEVABLE! They only performed two songs - this one and "Dixie".

  • Greg from Georgia?

  • Yep! that's me!

    Thank-Q!

    Gregg
