Youtube doesn't decide on reversing claims; they do not resolve the issue in any directions. A claim is filed, they're obliged to remove it and notify you. You file a counterclaim, and they notify the claiming party who then, by law, must present youtube with a copy of legal process indicating they've filed a lawsuit against you. If after 14 days, youtube receives no such notification, it is required by law to restore the DMCAd material. None of it is their decision.

@integralmath That may be true, but I assume that it took a lot more than 14 days after YT pulled Jordan's video before they decided to restore it, so there must have been some legal action done in order for them to overrule their earlier action.

Either that, or Shelley's just a big chickenhead who can't back up what she says, because she knows that she would lose in a court of law.

@Meex1989 too friggin right, now that its been officially documented that Shelley or someone operating for Shelley Lubben Communications has broken the law repeatedly by filing false DMCAs on both Jordan and Michael Whiteacre (who has recently had at least 2 falsely DMCA'd videos restored). Even if it was not Shelley herself who did it, the fact it was done by her company name makes her responsible.
