A persons diet is an indicator of education level. IQ test aren't as unbiased as people think. If parents give their child precursory cognitive stimulus they are going to score higher on an IQ test. That said, these wealthier more educated parents are also giving their children a more healthy diet. On the other hand, some hillbilly/ghetto kid who's parents buy dinner in a can, Kool-Aid (drank) and who's stimuli is watching "The Morey Show" is going to score lower regardless of diet.
This is why Americans are, by and large, so insanely dim. For the typical American, whole, real foods make up a scant portion of their diet. And for those thinking I'm some elitist foreigner, I was born and raised in the United States. I have never even left the country.
