I don't care what the quacks in the medical community say against inversion therapy - I have been using gravity boots like these for 29 years with no ill effects & it has helped my bad lower back tremendously.
I was born with scoliosis, injured my back lifting weights, & suffered crippling back pain until I was 25 years old. I then bought my first pair of inversion boots & started hanging upside down. It really helps to alleviate the pain so don't listen to anyone that says differently..
