I have the G. Is a shity laptop , grilled gpu+wifi on top ....no update drivers from acer , overheat quik, heavy. 1h baterry , slow hdd = bad for games ....... 20/100. Fuk vista too.

thats not a HDD light its a battery status light. light off = on battery power light orange = charging light green = fully charged

but i have two of thes laptops 5920 and 5920g both a grate system

ok i got a Aspire 5920, but not this make... mine has a HDMI porta a dual core 2.20GHz, etc.

i'm love this thing... i've had it for 2 years and it's an excelent machine... ofcourse it's time has past, you can no longer play the more advanced games on this thing in high modes, but with some compensation in quality it will run rather smothely... only problem is driver support... i mean you get a great CPU, and a fantastic GPU for this end of the market, and then acer won't punch out the drivers :/

you have to understand that vista is still a very new operating system it does have the potential to be very good but graphic wise vista is a little bit overdone for most of today's technology

i have the 5920G also, mine has the T5750 2.0ghz, mine also has a blu ray drive and HDMI output unlike the model shown, mine has the 4gb ram although vista home premium only see's 3gb for some reason which is really dissapointing.

This laptop is very very good, had mine well over a year, it does get pretty warm but it runs without a hitch so it can take the heat no probs the cooling is doing its job on the cpu etc.

overall this laptop is a top buy, acer is underrated and is superbly built!

No, Intel X3100 works for low resolution, medium settings, that's all. Dell XPS, Gateway, and Alienware are for gaming.

The e means Empowering Technology and all that Acer software is horrible and slows down the computer so much. i turned them all off in my girlfriends laptop and it's so much faster booting up now.
