nah, the engine still runs fine (or would) but i guess from treating it like a dirtbike. the whole exhaust got messed up, it completely fell off and snapped a bolt off in the head.
i drilled and tapped one of the holes for the bolt, started drilling the next one, and then tapped it, but the tap broke off in the head and i CAN NOT drill it out, it's such a hard metal or something. Really wish i could get it running again though. Right when it breaks, all my friends get one lol
if its screwed than just sketch it, go get some JB weld, get the muffler on there the best you can then just cover it in JB weld, like cover the entire front of the engine if you have to, whats the worst that will happen right?
actually.. i tried that, it worked for a little bit. I also had a Yamaha Blaster pipe on there with a chrome tip and it looked like a tractor pipe or some shit, it lasted. But i found out best thing to do is somehow replace the engine, or take it to a machine shop. I can't find any parts on it sadly..

YES reminds me of my days wit my mopeds. since then ive sold all but one i have a 87 honda elite 2 stroker i have to rebuild it gonna put a 65cc kit on it. its sweet thogh got about a foot of ground clearance.
so you do not need plates for your moped in where you live at? here if the moped travels more than 30 mph, has to be plated and insured and must have MC endorsement, wierd ass laws, they need to have moped plates on them so they have less stolen mopeds
i still have the chinese made 150 scooter and i think the piston rings gotten stuck on the piston, thay's why the hard starting, i am going to do away with that chinese engine and slap a briggs and stratton engine on it, with a chain drive with a disc brake on the rear, so it can run a lot better than these chinese built engine
not really, gonna look around for a trashed mini bike and use the engine and wheel frame as part for the scooter engine frame then add the necessary mountings for proper fittings and get it all hooked up and it's ready to ride, would probably get 130 mpg and far less RPM than these chinese junk engines at the max rpms at 8k for a 4 strokers
