They won't be released anywhere near me. They will go to a garden in a red squirrel area & the owners of the house will feed them until they are released.
I found with the two I raised in 2007 that they never trusted the person who fed them and always hid when she came out of the house. Yet, my husband and I went up on only 4 occasions between December and late May when they were released and they alway remembered us and jumped straight onto us, so not good for us to release them.

Once you release them do they stay close to you/come back to visit?
