  • why are ppl arguing about fossils and religion? religions are stories and fairy tales. Fossils are millions of years old, fact and scientific.

  • Magic and wonderment. Such a great faith.

  • @bryonlape Faith means you are not shure of something, if that were the case you will say i know, dont u?

  • Check out the Burgess Shales in Canada!

  • people always compare one thing to the other like religion with sciences and is like shut up alrite..i believe that God is real, why? cuz if he wasnt who create everything like even the evolution, some body was the creator of everything that we know it exist. God bless you all..Jesus all the way..

  • @lamaquina570 tell me one thing, the idea of God is your experience or u learned in a book?

  • I usually like the fact that i read comments when the video is buffering :D

  • Adelaide has something special for once.

  • I pity the skeptics of the bible.

  • To IIIZ3ROIII... I'd like to see all that "evidence" you speak of. All I've seen are facts that prove the Bible true.

  • @PrinceKael14 Really? Only if you're brainwashed, or brain-dead.

  • the narrator's voice is fascinating

  • this is a great sorce of information

  • He is from everlasting to everlasting . Who knows how long one second of his glory. Wisdom on men is foolishness to Him.

  • @armadoliwanag if our wisdom is foolishness why are you participating in our progress by using the internet or a computer or a cell phone?? stop using all those evil products invented by evil men with wisdom and science. you're going to hell for this! you are sinning by driving a car! you are helping the evil scientists by using their inventions how dare you! hahaha blow me you religious cunt

  • @o0zeroeffect0o the bible says every good thing comes from Good.

  • @maxerqud i wouln't expect on getting any sympathy from god when the time comes if you dont change.

  • so animals have to be buried quickly to be made into fossils? would a BIG flood do it?

    thumbs up if you agree!

  • @karamuH I wouldn't expect on getting any thumbs up.

  • @karamuH do you ever use your brain or your mind? think about what you said. if a "FLOOD" happend it wouldnt bury the bones but it would scatter them through out the world. you wont find a skull of a T rex near its body like they do today. for example the T rex fossils named SUE. one of the most complete remains. think mcfly

  • @o0zeroeffect0o i don't think you know much about floods my friend... if a river burst or overflowed.. that would spread the bones where as a heavy rain down pour that would quickly start to fill the world, the flood would not have flowed around the world it would basically fill up like a swimming pool meaning the creature would die and eventually sink to the bottom and remain. sediment and mud would sink and also cover it... its quite simple. this is what i think you have your own veiws

  • @sailcat9 well see about that... just you wait. every man will bow before god when the time comes, thats you included

  • I'm gonna type the word, "cool" and post and I guarantee someone will tell me to fuck off or someshit. Someone needs to do a video about the comments on youtube, then on the comment section of that video will be even more trashtalking. So it'll ultimately be infinite shit talking. A shit within a shit within a shit on forever.

  • @sethzky77 Shit-ception?

  • @belneddy go devolve into a monkey. noob

  • I have got a rely old fossil rock - it looks like an asteroid you can see it under - fossil rock and thunder egg - austpom333 - i am trying to draw some attention to it.

  • the only way to be satisfied in fossil finding is to find them yourself.

  • It´s so not worth fighting with religious people over the fossil record.Just leave them their funny books and what not.But when they aggressively claim respect for their views it really pisses me off.

  • @belneddy You will not get the satisfaction of hearing a creationist change his mind . Creationist can and do change their minds but its a slow process of months or years its not instant like a light switch .

  • @flyingscience totally wrong! creationists do not change our minds at all we have stuck to the same fact since about 10,000 years ago!

  • @karamuH I was referring to religious arguments never make an instant change in the individual its a long slow process of months . Yes many YEC creationionists become Old Earthers with exposure to education it happens all the time . Many YEC parents are fearful even to send their kids to college (as discussed on religious shows) . You are a rare YEC that believes in 10K instead of the usual 6K.

  • @belneddy Of course it's not worth it. Faith can't be taken away from you and from us neither. :) Your believes, our believes, your choice, my choice, right? It pisses me off too when people wanna agressively claim their views on me too. Totally I agree with you.

  • @MultiGakka science is not a religion or a "view" science is the study of real facts in order to find evidence. its like saying math and algebra is a "belief" lol stupid christians think science is a religion and they try to push that view that its a religion or a belief. christianity is a belief and a view.

  • @o0zeroeffect0o i dunno i couldn't completed the school... :DDDD I don't have religion... :DD I have Faith in God. My body my temple.

  • @belneddy shaddduupp. your going to hell anyways

  • @belneddy There's a name for the unwarranted respect religious kooks demand for their beliefs- "false equivalence", as between, say, creationist nonsense and evolution, and demanding that they be taught side-by-side. That evolution is a body of knowledge and facts, whereas creationism is a faerie tale, doesn't seem to penetrate their thick skulls.

  • They may be rare in Australia, but we've got plenty of these fossils off our Atlantic coast here in Canada, and their location is no secret.

  • Awesome video! I wrote a term paper on the ediacaran fauna. They fascinate me!! Well, I guess all ancient life does. :D

  • I belong to a fossil club. Ive posted 50+educational fossil videos : field trips , beginner classes and paleontologist lectures .Search under "Dry Dredgers" in the you tube search engine to view them .A gift from the oldest US fossil club to you!

  • When it comes to how long homo sapiens sapiens have been on the planet, the earliest fossil evidence we have is almost 200 000 years ago. What you are referensing are probably the LOADS of hominid fossils like homo erectus and further back even astrolopithecus afarensis (and there are many more than that). And i think you are talking about the laetoli footprints. And yes, bipedality was a very early adaptation in human evolution but they werent humans because of that. Hope that clears it up. =)

  • Amazing series! Most of the facts in them are well known, but they are shown in such way that you're left breathless.

  • you can believe the Christian mythology that earth was created in six days and ressted on the 7th day or HARD SCIENTIFIC evidence that the earth was formed billions of years ago.

Homo Sapiens have been here since 250,000 years ago. Christianity was invented only 2,000 yrs ago and there were already other religions around by then much older (Confucianism, Buddhism, HInduism, Zoroaster).

  • @xake19 250 000 years ago? r u sure? alot longer than that my friend. there are pieces of earth/rock found on the flat plains of ethiopia dating back nearly 2 million years. they found a foot print in 1 of these pieces of earth/rock meaning there were people standing up right even then, not only that. they also found a smaller footprint inside the big1 meaning there must of been a child playing around following her mother stepping in her foot prints. crazzy.

  • @xake19 Listen man, i am a Christian and i don't appreciate you dissing my religion. Not all Christians believe the earth was created in 6 literal days. I personally think it was created in six geological time periods. So before you go cutting down Christianity, why don't you get your facts straight and keep you crap to yourself!

  • @MrCool18yrs You say "Crap" and "Get your facts straight", so you take the words of mythology and fiction the bible presents to be true? rather than the overwhelming evidence science has shown us throughout the years, which continues to gather more and more evidence as time progresses.

  • @IIIZ3ROIII all i can say is well, ill pray for you and ill see you on judgment day.

  • @MrCool18yrs That is highly unlikely. I imagine millions of christians, and their brothers, the muslims, die every year holding a spiritual ticket that says Admit One To The Afterlife, only to discover at the last second it is invalid and they are going to wink out as does every other organism on the planet when it dies. The only difference is, in the case of true believers, they meet oblivion with a surprised look on their faces.

  • @IIIZ3ROIII look mate there are many things in the bible that are true such as places in the world. also things that couldn't have possibly been discovered in bible times without modern science such as under water springs wind cycles the water cycles. please please don't judge when you haven't actually viewed it with an open mind after all most of the bible was written 5000 years ago and there's scientific evidence for that

  • don't hug me too tight next time because i felt myself crumple a bit there, it hurt.

  • well you lear some thing new every day

  • so climate was changing even without humans? OMG no way :)

  • What's this snowball they're talking about?

  • @RussBrit10 I assume a time of extinction when the earth froze over... well that's what I guess anyways :P

  • @pinkseamonster Exactly, there are multiple mass extinction events which involve extreme cold.

  • @RussBrit10 The jist of the snowball: after the origin of life but before the Cambrian explosion, it is hypothesized that the earth was a heavily glaciated dirty snowball, and the climate was arctic for hundreds of millions of years. This hypothesis accounts for evidence of glaciation near the equator in extremely old geologic layers. Life was mostly single-celled and simple during the snowball, and branched out rapidly following favorable climate shifts (due to volcanism) in the cambrian.
