  • I took from behind "Spankey's Used Car Giant". This is a used car dealer. I asked one of the clerk's over a year ago if it was OK to park there to watch trains, and he said yes. Since then I have been there twice, just coming and parking. People saw me up close, and said nothing, so I guess it's Ok. I went down a driveway behind the building.
