One goof! At the beginning, Mickey and Minnie look like they did in 1959. Later, Mickey appears like he did in 1961. Must have been filmed at different times.
@Kartoonkid95 To save money and time, this program, as many similar shows still do, used stock footage from the park shot over several different years and, to your point, of at least two different styles of Mickey Mouse costumes.

P.S. The first Electrical Parade drum in 1972 was made from an actual bass drum.
P.S.S. The reason why Mickey wore a top hat was because his appearance changed from a 'big-head' character (w/ top hat) to a full-body character. The hat was kept for some time.
