Unfortunately, in the U. S. the government does not work for the people but for their own pockets. Sooner or later we will get someone elected who will clean up the corruption. Whether Obama will do it or not is still an item of debate. Good report and good luck in stirring some proactive relief.

Thanks - 5* - this is the sort of discussion that I like to see. Open and honest. This classification system needs to be reviewed by governments.
