  • Why get a guy with such a wrong voice ?

He grows so much he can barely be understood.

Patton had a rather high pitched voice

  • thank you for posting the actual speach

  • Patton despised the jews, he considered them lower then animals. He hated what America had done to Germany. He thought Germans were the only decent race left in Europe. His own words. And he was right.

  • @shetlandwool your a dipstick ive read the quote in which patton stated the germans were the only decent people in europe because he veiwed the russians as far worse and they were taking most of europe youre facts are innacurate he hated that the Allies dismantled the german war machine instead of building them up as an allie Against the russians Patton hated the Russians not jews

  • your gargling voice is making me queasy!

  • Um. What about 1812? I'm pretty sure we lost that one.

  • Their are only two REAL EMOTIONS , LOVE & FEAR,

FEAR makes People CRAZY, Project LOVE with your HEART & MIND

  • @deadadelta TERRORISM is FEAR to Control People

  • Why the fuck isnt he wearing any medals. If he was bored and took this much time to make this video even tho it sounds nothing like patton

  • Pattern was NOT a FATASS loose 100 pounds and try again ...Patton also shaved get going FATBODY

  • @spedshift Atleast he shows his respect for America you fucking queer. Shut the fuck up.

  • is this the real general patton?

  • @TheEvoXFreak You Dumb Fuck!!!

  • @TheEvoXFreak You Dumb Fuck!!!

  • omg!

  • Man this is church!!! I targeted you instead of the hands in his pocket fig- sorry sir

  • WINNING 7 GRAM ROCKS!

  • I love how that voice is the total opposite of the real Patton's voice. Still, very good, and very unrestrained.

  • Double chin...

  • retard.

  • He's fat. :D

  • well, im defeinitely using the words you just spoke for my speech...

this video is amazing. well done :D

  • DO WALTER SOJACk!

  • WTH, I thought that play acting like this was what 8 year olds do....

  • GO TO HELL DON'T MOCK MY GODDAMN GREAT GREAT GREAT GRANDFATHER YOU PRICKS

  • Well done. A good effort and a good rendition. Thank you for posting! There will always be flies, mosquitoes, ankle-biters and nose-pickers who nitpick over a performance. These vermin have never done, and likely never will do, anything of importance in their lives.

  • It's a good send up, but just how many Germans did Patton actually go up against himself, I'm willing to bet none. He was just a big mouthed asshole that enjoyed killing. I put it to those who worship that cocksucker, he was the biggest coward in WW2 hiding in bunkers and well out the way of harm like all the other cowardly politicians and generals of this world!

  • @kryckeestrooff Your description is accurate for the current fraud in the White House and all the toadies around him. It is, however, not accurate for General Patton. He was as unconcerned about dying in battle as were the major generals in the Civil War, who directed the flow of battle, unconcerned with the bullets flying around their heads. As the Sioux warror would say, "Today is a good day to die." Patton knew, and lived, the tradition.

  • oh stop it

  • Memorize the script.....this was a horrendous impersonation!

  • Horrendous!

  • more like combined Weight Watcher's /Alzheimer's speech

  • click-click-click on the keyboard to switch to the next page of the speech...

your troops have tuned you out, sweet heart, yelling all and all. Yeah, yeah, yeah...

Sorry, but for you posting this, you deserve everything you get, Georgie.

  • Patton was and is the greatest modern General.

No need for a buffoon like this to try and remind us.

  • What's with the facial hair, Georgie?

  • Lose a couple of pounds and raise your voice up an octave breathing thru the nasal cavity. Then, perhaps, you'll be a better Patton.

He was fit as a fiddle. Looks like you'd drop dead after a 50 yard sprint.

  • If Your going through hell keep going

    -Winston Churchill

  • what an overacting buffoon!

  • hes more like captn lou albano than general patton

  • It is good to hear the complete speach which was not complete in the movie. We need him now today. Good leaders in the Big Red Oe, but I would feel more confident if Blood and Guts was there kicking arse too.

  • a big disgrace

  • @wichrau Very accurate character indeed...but check out Patton's real speeches on here and notice the difference in his voice. That was catchy to me.

  • @wichrau Hahaha....I thought he was going to have a heart attack at first.

  • Would it be okay if I downloaded a MP3 of this and the second part for my speech project for my English class?

  • @wichrau Calm down, dude...it's just an act.

  • Looks more like Captain Kangaroo than General Patton.

  • one of 3 people in history i would like to meet, the man had big balls. churchill 2nd, and T.R. 3rd.

  • jesus christ dont fucking eat me!!!

  • THAT' S A FAKE!

  • ¡THIS IS BULLSHIT! THIS IS NOT PATTON.

  • @Quico327 no shit... i dont think patton was alive during the youtube days...

  • ¡THIS IS BULLSHIT!

  • Patton didnt have pussy hairs on his face

  • HELL YEAH!!!!!! USA!! USA!! USA!!!

  • VOTE and end the liberal SHIT.

  • "You here in Iraq and Afghanistan for stealing Oil and other resources..........."

  • @MrKatzengreis What? The 9/11 attack on our country was organized in Afghanistan and launched from Hamburg Germany. I'll tell you something else too.... I was in Germany when we were attacked. Everyone I talked to said there said that they'd drive more powerful cars and trucks if gas were cheaper. I believe them! FYI - I drive a 40mpg car and an electric motorcycle. What do you drive?

  • @MrKatzengreis You do realize that we've used way more resources than we could even find in that shithole fighting this war?

  • If whomever created this presentation had had a decent actor or actress, even, read the original Patton speech in a staid and serious manner instead of insulting our intelligence with some bad George C. Scott impersonation, it may have been worth the effort.

  • Sorry to disagree again but in my opinion you have been sold a bill of goods. The United States fights for it's economical interests alone. Even when opposing such beasts as Hitler and his Nazis and the Militarist Japanese we were protecting our own pocket books. If we were so noble why did we only free white Europeans and leave Asiatics and Africans in continued bondage to European masters?

  • THIS IS FUCKING BADASS!!!! I watched this as I was pulling an all nighter to keep myself awake lol :)

  • @Fearlessdoink Hey, you're all right. Glad I was functional as well as ornamental.

  • @LEDPENNY Same here, this is inspirational, i was pulling an all nighter and needed some sleep...now Im pumped up to go bayonette a "HUNN" bastard!! Thanks for the great rendition of General Patton!

  • @Fearlessdoink I don't know how badass it is...it is bad...but in ofspite of detesting Patton's racism and love of war I am glad he was on the side of the Allies. It was probably a good speech in terms of turning young Americans into homicidal maniacs which is after all what we needed to win the war.

  • @Fearlessdoink omg nice dude me too

  • @Fearlessdoink gangsta shit

  • @Fearlessdoink gangsta shit USA

  • Doing a George Scott impression is not helpful, but thanks for the real words.

  • @krelllabs HELPFUL FOR WHAT? HISTORICAL ACCURACY? DO YOU THINK A JIMMY STEWARD IMPERSONATION, WITH A TWANG, MORE BELIEVABLE? DID YOU ALSO WRITE TO THE STUDIOS ABOUT THIS... FLAW?

  • @LEDPENNY Maybe something approximating Patton's voice? We all know Scott's impersonation was for dramatic purposes. You purport to give the actual speech, but this reinforces historical falsehood via Hollywood.

  • @krelllabs Okay, you start out with a generic, colorless southern kid with a thin voice, a dislike of public speaking who used profane language and aggressive soldiering to mask his insecurities; it was his drive, ambition, and energy that gave him his place in history, not his thin vocal quality....yet, I commend your demand for truth.

  • @LEDPENNY Thanks, Ledpenny, I appreciate those words in turn I met Patton's son aka George through the horseback set at Myopia Hunt Club in Hamilton, Mass. I am 55; the last time that I talked to him was a few years before his death (in 2004) at a fox hunt. I asked him what he thought of Robert Patton's book on the family, and he gave me a generic "Well, I don't get out much anymore" answer. I dropped the subject, and found later that it something of a sore subject. (Jeez, thanks Fate!)

  • @LEDPENNY quotembyquote! tru 2dagame

  • @LEDPENNY BOO LEDPENNY... BOO. I USED TO SUBSCRIBED TO YOU... BOO

  • @krelllabs SMACKED DOWN lol

  • I hope this guy is joking. When i was a kid I admired the civil rights workers who gave their lives to free their fellow citizens from Jim Crow. I admired the draft resisters who wouldn't kill for American Capitalism...Patton's ideals were quite similar to Hitler's.

  • @Asskicker32294 The purpose of our wars is not and has never been to kill for American capitalism. As a free nation, it is our duty to make sacrifices for the ideals we hold - that all men are created equal. We have struggled with this before, but now we have realized our mistakes and are on a mission to secure basic rights for those men and women who are not free and dwell in constant fear. It does not matter whether they are controlled by Communists, Taliban, Nazis, or misguided Americans.

  • fuck off ya fat dick

  • this is not cool ur an embarrasment to George S. Patton Jr

  • I think we need to start thinking like that in everyday life. For some reason, us Americans have forgotten what it is to be a true Americans. Where their is life, there is hope.

  • @bb112266 Hi, thanks for commenting...Patton was sure the man we needed at that moment in history, but I hope efforts to suppress any future nazi-like powers never threaten the world again. If all nations would join together, a military force could easily overwhelm the taliban tribes and smother the murdering knass wholes forever.

  • @LEDPENNY- It's just as the old Allied war slogan went- "United, we are strong. United, WE WILL WIN!" I find it to be magnificent, truly magnificent, that out in Afghanistan today, soldiers of countries that not so long ago did nothing but fight are now fighting side by side as brothers. Germans, Americans, French, Italians, Australians, British, and so many more, all united with one common goal in mind- the destruction of the Taliban and the death or capture of that son of a bitch Bin Laden.

  • His voice reminds me of the " heavy " from half life

  • This is stupid

  • Reading your various comments, you are obviously a self made intellectual...but no one else thinks much of your fantasy.

  • I can't find the actual opening speech in the movie "Patton" because of shit like this.

  • @fw190bk1.. In a maggot brained universe like yours, your foray into the intelligent world of others is not welcome. You boneheads, if you have nothing with even an ounce of intelligence to contribute, should pass through life with your mouth and typing finger in neutral.

for your information, the GC Scott Patton speech is rewritten so that the studio could avoid an 'r' rating. My script is from the actual speech.

  • Wow, thgat actually was almost 10 minutes of monologue. Great job memorizing and performing it.

    Greetings from Germany

  • Damn, it's a shame this country has so few patriots now. I really respect Patton

  • We need some more Pattons.

  • great job! i thought you did good on the voice, you really pulled it off.

  • Thanks, inee, for taking the time to comment.

  • I once heard George C Scott say that they shot the opening speech in just two takes. He said it would've been one but they changed the camera angles. He said "It's Shakespeare! How do you screw it up?!".

  • Hey dude in the Helmet, I am looking for the clitorius I cant find it! Is it near the little man in the boat?

  • Your confusion is awesome! Do you represent all the young studs of your generation? Let us pray.

  • I think the content is spot on, but the voice is not what he would have sounded like. He was self-conscience of his "weak" voice and did not enjoy public speaking because of it. George C. Scott started the myth that Patton had a coarse, raspy voice but it was the opposite. Well done though!

  • Thanks for viewing and commenting... last year, I could find nothing with Patton's voice, so decided to 'imitate' the Scott version. ...had a sore throat for a week... :)

  • I can imagine, it was great! Here at youtube type in "patton real voice" and the first video that comes up ("The Real Voice of General Patton"), has his audio. Great job!

  • 2 bad they're going to use them any way

  • LP,

"Im a fighter not a writer"

    - Me

    Happy Holidays

  • "If there's a place worst than he'll Im in it"

    -Abraham Lincoln

  • This quote makes more sense without the apostrophe.

  • wow not bad but i dont think thats wat he said lol

  • mm46, I wrote the script from actual transcripts of his speech... it was broadcast by loudspeaker all over the camp, and people in homes near the camp complained of its prurient tone...

  • "There is something to say about Glory,

We can take it with us when it's our time to go"

Brig Gen George A Custer 7th Michigan Cav.

  • The BattleField makes the best warriors

    Old Soul

  • Great work LedPenny

  • Why, thanks old timer... would you review my Ulysses Grant efforts? I'm trying to be a part of history preservation. lp

  • "Next to war everything else pales by comparison"

    Gen George S Patton

  • You are a discrase

  • That's not Patton's real voice.

  • No shit. This is an actor recreating his classic speech to the 3rd army.

  • he sounds like a monster....

  • this monster forces the soldier to answer the question, do you want to be dead, or do you want the armed enemy to be dead? ..want to be killed, or want to be the killer? If you peruse the history, we were terminating the killers of innocent men, women, and...children. Monsters, sure.

  • Anyone who thinks Patton was overrated never served under him. My father and my uncle did, and both were convinced that the speed and audacity with which he maneuvered and attacked are largely responsible for their surviving the war. Timid commanders (as Monty was often known to be) get troops killed. The whole point of battle is to keep your enemy off guard, do the unexpected, and keep moving so as to never give him a chance to recover. Read about Caen and Market Garden to see Monty's genius.

  • so true...just as Grant outmaneuvered the genius Lee with quick decisive moves and an eye to stifling his supply depots, so Patton outmaneuvered Rommel and then the Nazis in Italy. This simple speech helped each soldier overcome the deadly hesitation of becoming a cold blooded killer of other humans, and destroyed the propogandal perception of German nazi superiority... this AUTHENTIC speech sated the American soldier with confidence and positive power. God Bless.

  • He is doing George C Scott, not the real general...........=-D

  • PLEASE for the love of God keep reenacting scenes from different movies......I was dying watching this.....I love the movie Patton and you completely butchered the speech (I have it memorised ive seen it so many times).......but it made it great.

.....So I ask you......PLEASE reenact the opening scene of the Godfather.....it will be precious lmfao

  • Hey, Georges, thanks for the [i think] compliment... The script I used is from the ACTUAL transcript of Patton's speech. The script in the Scott movie was doctored up to NOT get an R rating.

  • hes fucking basterd sounds a cookie monster from sesame street now u shut up !dork!....

  • if it wasnt for the americans coming to the rescue again for the french they would still be speaking German!

  • Well, loverpoolscottish and smyers820gm both have some good arguments, very crude, but good. However, the fact is the Germans would have probably won WWII if the Americans didn't come to the aid of the Allies, but the Americans could not have defeated the Axis alone. Also, the Americans were fighting on two theaters at the time, so, like the Germans, they had to spread out their forces. There were British and American screw-ups throughout the way. Who cares? Both countries won didn't they?

  • Oh please, shut up, stupid old man!!!

  • Americans are SO full of gung-ho BS. Frankly it is embarassing. Patton was full of IT. Fact is, it was the GERMANS who were the consumate fighters on WW2, overall, they were vastly superior to the US GI's.

  • 1) why would it be embarassing to you if your not american 2) your fucking retarded Patton was and still is requarded a genius w/ the usage of tanks and infantry in battle 3) No they were "vastly superior" to UK troops who kicked thier ass out of france and across africa until we showed up 4) Montgomery was a fucking idiot that every time he opened his mouth patton put a sock in it and bested him

  • What an imbecile you are. Go and research El Alamein in Oct 1942. The British & CW forces defeated Rommel & pushed him right across the Western Desert. That had nothing to do with Americans who were not even involved. It did however have everything to do with Montgomery. Patton is grossly overrated. His reputation rests on the Cobra breakout in France. A breakout that would never have been possible without the British & Canadians fighting the GREATEST concentration of SS Divs since Kursk! Idiot.

  • you stupid ass eater.....patton had a chance to cut rommes core in half but wasnt allowed to because "montys" feelings might get hurt and before you talk shit EVER again I got 1 word for you DUNKIRK BITCH ! Try research if you want a history lesson

  • Who is 'rommes?' Perhaps you mean Rommel? Incidentally, as already highlighted, the US played NO PART WHATSOEVER in the Western Desert, or El Alamein. The British & Canadians fought the highest concentration SS Divs since KURSK in Normandy. By drawing in the German armoured Divs we kept them off your backs whilst you built up forces for the Cobra breakout-go and read, 'OVERLORD,' by Hastings, or 'D-DAY,' by BEEVOR, or 'Six Armies In Normandy,' by Keegan. Dunkirk? So what? Your point is?! ROFL

  • jesus christ it took you that long to come up with THAT???? Who is rommes??/ WOW..I better go to my room and cry becasue you hurt my feelings over a typing error???/ oohhhohohohh.....son "YOU" werent there to help out so whats this "we" shit....and "they" were there because they got thier ass kicked out of france...its history..and has to be in at least one of those books you put in to try and impress people

  • By all means regress to third grade junior school mentality if you so desire. It does not change the fact that I exposed your dire level of ignorance in respect of the Western Desert. As I have already suggested-go and read some of the titles I provided, it will eleviate your ignorance. Re Dunkirk- So what, the BEF of 250K had to withdraw when the Belgiums folded & the French failed to maintain any strategic reserve. Is that Britains fault?! Talking about running away-KESSERINE PASS?! lol

  • Yes I know about Kasserine pass...yes the americans took a beating at THAT BATTLE....they werent forced off africa....of course after that they rallied and began to push rommel into the sea

  • Now hold on. I agree with you as far as Montgomery pushing Rommel's Army north of the African desert, but Patton was not overrated. I think that Patton's Army was more successful than any other Army in this particular campaign. I'm not saying this to try and "compete in words" to the British, as you were our very helping and most supportive ally, but Patton's Army fought Rommel's toughest division in El Guettar and is still greatly appreciated today, ALONG WITH Montomery's division.

  • sounds like yoda yelling

  • hahahahahhaha

  • He actually sounds like he's about to die.

  • The 4 star indicate the wearers rank as a General(Army) or an Admiral(Navy)

  • he sounds a little bit like the cookie monster from sesame street

  • Why does he have 4 stars on his helmet?

  • Dn't listen to maz, he only has 1 freind, and he's a douch bag too.

  • mazzinger...whaddaya...nuts?

  • i agree with gettin rid of the commies and liberals. Other-wise GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE U SON OF A FUCKING BITCH.

oh yeah and im a straight caucasian man so dont accuse me of being gay or black or whatever

  • It aint George C Scott but at least it's real...

  • This is an aged angry kids. I don't follow any of these craziness. Men fight best when they hide and turn. Fighting is not a whole person. Fighting consume us. We had won the battle already when they decided find us.

Wall Street CEO and Iraqis beat us to hell because we have no conscious of ourselves and others. Go write history for what is all about, not what we want. Avoid become an old toy playing by cheap artists. Real history written to prevent drawbacks & open our mind for your kids.

  • can anyone find the real voice of the original speech

  • I give your video Five Stars. Patton himself only had Four!

  • Great job! Patton needs to be heard in this manner because he was indeed a crude, rude, cantankerous, Son-of-a-Bitch. To quote him "An army without cursing couldn't fight its way out of a paper bag!" He had a really high pitched voice in real life, however.

  • Yes, in real life he sounded sort of like a forceful, pissed-off Ross Perot.

  • This is great, I was just wishing someone would perform the real speech, and here you are. The voice is a bit overmuch, but of course that's from the movie we all know. There are some nice recordings of Patton's voice floating around now.

  • Thanks.

  • Youtube's space limits encouraged the last 5 minutes of the speech to be a separate video..has the great "use their bodies to grease the treads of our tanks" line..Patton Conclusion

  • Ey jest luve ta hear het speech ef General George Patton, thank yue fer postin' this video...

  • cool, i kinda liked it!

    Have fun with it!

  • You just killed it...........sad.

  • wow this sounds like George C Sout's Patton voice was punched in the throat. The real Patton had Virgina accent and spoke with the eloquence of man.

  • Luke, you are right; but last year when I was rehearsing, I couldn't find any vids of his actual voice... there was a wimpy look alike impersonator that acted all apologetic to his audience which didn't fit, and another overweight impersonator who didn't sound right either. The George C. Scott interpretation was the only one that carried the spirit of old BloodnGuts Patton, so I used that as a guide,. Mainly, I tried to be true to the script of Patton's actual speech published from the '40s.

  • I have to agree with you there....lots of people love that interpretation.

  • qaStataHvlS wa ram loS SaD Hugh SljlaH qetbogh loD!!!!! Qapla'!

  • My Dad served as a medical officer under Patton. I like the way in which Patton speaks up for the support troops because my Dad's medical skills were critical and my kid brother was in combat engineers during the first Iraq war.

You can't outsource the logistical tail, because if you do, the only guys willing to work 24/7 are going to be mostly hopped up on drugs and not patriotism. The problems with Blackwater showed this.

Some of the key fighters of WWII such as Turing never saw combat.

  • The problem Patton faced was that the Soviets were doing most of the fighting and most of the winning in the Second World War, because their Communist society had no problem with killing men who ran away from the enemy. Eisenhower only shot one guy, Pvt Eddie Slovik.

FDR and especially Truman were scared that the Soviet victory would push the USA out of Eurasia, therefore they needed Patton and other hardasses to persuade men to fight.

  • Spinoza, keep it coming. You are one of the most informed historians I have encountered...you should be a teacher... in a highly rated institution!... but do not leave youtube behind!

  • kinda reminds me of certain high school coach when i was a kid - just replace 'fight' with 'win' and 'death' with 'lose'. btw, don't bother to 'reply' ... i'm as irrelevant as this guy ;)

  • Lol this is pretty funny, but on another note, i believe this is the actual speech he made. More accurate than the one in the movie. George c Scott should have done this one

  • Did I say keyboard?? I meant to say... MIND. You got one at birth.

  • Ledpenny,

I don't have an invisible keyboard. Where can I get one of those?

  • Just as brave as this stupid buffoon.

  • you mus' feel very brave, sitting there safely behind your invisible keyboard.

  • sorry for the stupid comment. he misunderstood the sense of this video.

  • was für eine sch.. das diese (these type)of typen noch immer so lange nach dieser zeit einen smellinmirror stinekstiefel smellinboot doing on ..guys like we where.. BLA smoke more to get a better voice H A

  • Jahwohl! Donkushay, mein thinkenschmittenbrane iss machen ..uh..happy with your note!
