I found the add on a rental VHS of Delicatessen (1991). The add may actually be older.

Thanks so much - I've been trying to find a copy of this for ages (I thought it was earlier from say 1987/88) - definitely the best Martini ad - love the visuals and "updated" music. Haven't seen this longer version before either...
