don't diet, just eat well and exercise more........ exercise more..... exerciser more..

Don't limit yourself on vacation...hellll no....enjoy.... exercise more...use your bike for everything...walk, walk and walk some more....have tons of sex....you will sweat like crazy...

That looks so beautiful!!!!! I am so happy you didn't diet while you were on vacation I dont know why that is my pet peeve when people diet while they are on vacation, you are suppose to be relaxing and doing and eating whatever!!!!
