  • DON'T FORGET JURY NULLIFICATION!

  • Maddow is SLIME.

  • Comment removed

  • You can't have Nullification without SOVEREIGNTY, which means that EACH STATE IS A SOVEREIGN NATION.

Tom talks about Nullification in the context of civil disobedience, i.e. passive resistance rather than an actual nation exercising supreme sovereign powers.

And in doing so, he fails in his argument.

  • Don't limply Collapse, Yield and Capitulate

Resist, Do Not Comply, Ignore and Nullify

  • @LibertyTreeBud

    NO.

ASSERT sovereignty, i.e. that your state is a sovereign nation under international law, and that the USA is an illegal empire in hostile occupation of it.

Until you do this, you're tacitly validating of its national authority by failing to assert your own.

  • BUT WHO WILL BUILD THE INTERSTATE ROADS?!?!!?!

  • Y'all might like my latests vids, Are You in Jail by Your Own Consent? Also, There is No Spoon...er, I Mean, Government. Also, check out Do Not Consent: The Path to American Freedom. Keep up the great activism....peace, Sharlene Musicians4Freedom(dot)com.

  • Absolutely! Hitler enacted a LOT of "laws" - over 50 million DEAD! So did Stalin and Mao - over 50 million MURDERED! Pol Pot had a very warm spot in his heart for his "laws" - 2 million MURDERED! . Saudi Arabia hangs gay teens under their "laws"! Israel has the largest concentration camp in the history of the world under it's "laws"!

    Don't you people "get it"???

YOU are the government! YOU! YOU! YOU! NOT the hired politicians!

Don't you even CARE about where this is all going?

  • @t4705mb6

Hitler and Stalin began by denying the national sovereignty of the individual Germanic and Baltic states-- thanks to Lincoln doing the same over the American states about 50 years prior.

This established socialist imperialism over Europe, which simply SPREAD to Asia as a result of the wars.

Until we assert that each American state is a sovereign nation, WE are the enemy.

  • @SovereignStatesman Lincoln was not the messiah by any means. In fact, he didn't give a shit about slavery & was very much involved in nationalism & not states rights. (After all, he was an attorney for the railroads.) . He found it bothersome, an annoyance. What got to his gut was when the British intended to split the states, take over again. There's much speculation about "why" he did it, but Lincoln had an epiphany. London murdered him for his monetary ideas.

  • @t4705mb6

Lincoln was simply a ruthless puppet of corporate oligarchs; if you watch my vid, you'll see that federal law claimed sovereign national authority over the states for over 30 years by the time Lincoln took office; the actual law was passed during the JACKSON administration

Lincoln simply enforced that law to secure that absolute power, the very reason why the plutocracy installed him as their Manchurian Candidate.

  • @SovereignStatesman If Lincoln was a total toad, why did he refuse the 30% plus interest rate on war loans from the BOE? Why did he push for a break with the money masters and start printing money without interest? Printing our own money could NOT have been in the bankers interest.

  • @t4705mb6

Read the article "Wall Street, Banks, and American Foreign Policy" by Murray Rothbard for a complete documentation on every possible question.

    And questions are not arguments.

  • @SovereignStatesman Thanks anyway.

  • @t4705mb6

Again, asking questions is not an argument.

If you're too lazy and stupid to read the answers when provided, then you're clearly not serious about knowing, you just want to deflect your dogma.

  • A private video showed up in my in box called "Tom Woods Announces Nullification Documentary!" I can't watch it.

  • how much damage will this have on the new conservative movment.even if your a strong supporter of the tenth amendment this movie and nullification will drive people away from our movement. i loved hamiltons curse by the way.i read it into a mic and now its on my my ipod.ive read it over 20times.its my go to history guide.i understand the argument that the issue was ended at the point of a gun but this cessation stuff is just not helpfull.it hurts us more then it helps us.again i enjoy woods.

  • Maddow misleads viewers when she said, "beyond the powers of the Federal government" This makes NO sense in the context, because if she said it correctly, she would have shot herself in the foot. Correctly stated: "Beyond the powers of the Constitution", which we find the Feds involved in almost constantly. She also ridicules Calhoun's appearance. Ridicule is the FIRST hint of an argument without basis. Maddow's voice is just more of the oligarchy's rhetoric to keep the sleep-walkers in line

  • love the 10th amendment center!

  • Rachel Maddow engages in propaganda when she claims Calhoun was "rabidly pro-slavery." What he WAS was rabidly PRO-STATES RIGHTS which - at the time - included Slavery. He was more concerned with allowing the decision of slavery to be retained by THE STATES instead of the 'Federal Government.'

  • All the communities and/or states that came out against the "Patriot Act" and in favor of medical pot were practising Nullification.

  • This has got me excited. Great movement and its truly growing!

  • Rachel Maddow has a pitiful audience - nobody watches the woman. She's no history expert - she's a talking head - a puppet for the "progressive" left.

  • Forgot Nullification, here is Australia we have already put our version of "cessation" on the table. Western Australia has already started indirectly overriding our federal taxes.

I hope you yanks catch up!

  • @LibertyDownUnder We hope so, too! :)

  • @LibertyDownUnder

    When did this happen?

    I'm from Vic

  • @Samsgarden, happened a few months ago, it didn't get much attention.

I'm struggling to find the articles on it, but basically introduced a different version of the tax, that conflicts with Federal one.

  • 0:27 - Is that Alex Jones? He's in the movie?

  • @MooseOfReason Nice catch. I totally missed that

  • @MooseOfReason yes, it is Jones. we shot some footage in his secret underground lair when Michael Boldin and Stewart Rhodes went on the show.

  • Gary Johnson,

    Why stop at 50? :p

  • I believe in nullification, on a personal level.

  • Nullification sounds like an idea whose time has come. This is exciting stuff.

  • Let us educate our state reps.

    Please read the book 'Nullification'

It is our responsibility to be informed or be subjugated.

  • great!
