  • 0:39 LET'S TOUCH THEIR BUTTS! XD

  • somewhere at "south pole"?

  • THATS NOT LATITUDE 0 LONGITUDE 0!

  • @pumapunku1 Thats because its only 0, 0 at greenwich, where they reference longitude and latitude from

  • @NTBushPilot OK BUT THEY PASS OVER GEOGRAPHICAL LONG 0 LAT 0?thanks!

  • @NTBushPilot Hi - Greenwich is Long. 0. Lat. 0 is at the equator, and Greenwich is much north of the equator.

  • @zad1262 So it is...hmmm. I stand corrected.

  • Does anyone know what music is playing in the background?

  • The IRS was a little bit WTF.

  • can anybody please reply me whats so special in flying through south pole?

  • @jebijash have you ever done it? ... thats right, and not many other people have either

  • @5694NR but what is so special in it???is that risky flight???

  • @jebijash you didn't saw the HDG display it was turning around all the time cause of the south pole it's the same at the north pole but it's not aloud to fly over the north pole

  • @Gladioter1903 thx for the info buddy

  • @jebijash well if something were to go wrong with the airplane, theres not many airports at the southpole to land that big bird, in fact none! so i guess that does make it risky

  • @jebijash

Well, it's funny watching the the instrumentation get confused as to which way is north, for one...

  • Does anyone know the name of the music that's playing in this footage?

  • poor avionics...

  • 0:39 --- look mat those people soo funny.lol.

  • what! isn't it dangerous flying above the south pole huh? coz there are polar jetstreams!

  • check out the white lights in frame 1:20...what are they you s'pose?

  • a glare of the wings in to the camera lens

  • Nice, but can you imagine someone below, at the s.pole station, looking up and seeing a jet contrail??

  • Yes...

  • Extraordinary and beautiful.

  • I never heard Airbus A380 flying through South pole. I think maybe is North pole because most long range aircrafts flying through North Pole.

  • The computers did say it's 90S, look at 0:33

  • It obviously isn't a commercial flight - look at all the equipment in the cabin!

  • Wow. Get right over the pole and your 'heading' will change while you're flying straight.

  • no because aircraft heading is based on the north and south magnetic poles which are not in the same location as the geographic poles

  • during polar flight the reference is changed from "norm" (magnetic), to "true." while your direction may not change, the nd will spin around quickly as you pass over the pole.

  • @Railer505

And even true headings are useless at the south pole, instead, they use grid degree references instead.

  • cool very beautiful!

  • enter Paradise

  • lmao its far from paradise thats for sure...

  • wow

  • excellent !
