First timers always forget to stay up on their toes, and keep that weight evenly distributed. Reminds me of my first time going over the ramp. Bruises heal! Just gotta face it and kill it.
if you think that that is horriable your on crack today i was at the water ski worlds and in the mens jump they fell one after another and it was real bad crashes they were carrying them out on strechers.and worst of all it wasnt only one like you would think it was 12 of the best water ski jumpers in the world.
Surprisingly, the waterski jump didn't hurt. I managed to get almost completely upside down. The second one was the one that hurt... and it didn't look painful at all.
Ahh.... I remember my first time.... cut on the jump and literally did a gainer....
