Just let my shazam-app listen to your video and guess what -> It actually identified you as Yann Tiersen !!!

I mean, the app is good enough to identify the same piece of music played by different artists, but it couldn`t tell the difference between you playing and the Yann himself!

he does use the actual Yann Tiersen performances as backing tracks for many of his YouTube performances so that's not surprising.

He's playing along to a backing track in some of his videos. I noticed it on the L'absente cover. You can hear one of the last notes of the piece sounding twice. Once in the backing track and then Dave hits the note a little later, delayed. And some of the videos he writes "live version" in the title (like Rue des Cascades) and I assume that's to notify us that he's not using backing track in that particular video etc. He's a solid pianist. One of the best non-famous pianists on YT.
