  • She wants to finish with her hips over her lead leg, not get up the step forward. That's more like a split squat.

  • it looks easy but it's not if you're new to it! but, very much worth a try! you can do that with dumbbells or weight ball :)

    You have to do it in sets. 2 or 3 sets of 8 or 10 is typically what I've been reading online.
