@chaz706 The frequency of lubrication is debatable but many individuals choose to lube when they give their firearm a good cleaning. Frequent lubrication is never a bad thing, but remember to remove the old lube as it may contain debris or buildup from shooting.
Respond to this video... question for cleaning. I just wanted to know how the oiling should be done on the gun? I just bought a new super nova pump and the shotgun at first look is completely dry in the gun and after 150 rounds the powder residue was barely visible. I know that there should be oil somewhere on the gun for metal rubbing but every other shotgun I've done this with causes the gun to clog up very quickly with powder residue. Any suggestions on this?
@fishblade2 Slip 2000 EWL Gun Oil will not evaporate and will not become sticky or dry out - it's our product number 816005.

what about cleaning the shotgun barrel? Shouldn't you use oil on it? I have learned from others that even on pistols you don't use oil except on the barrel and dab some on other places. Would you recommend using grease on the pistol blowback pistols? What about oiling the gun at all to help preserve it while it rest in a case? If oil would be used then would you dry it off throughly before use? What about stainless steel guns for cleaning and storage?
Any advise on how to remove a choke tube that is stuck in the barrel? Please Help. I have soaked it in Break Away for a couple of days. It won't budge. Thanks and keep the videos commin!
Soak the whole mess in diesel for 42 hours, dry then heat with a paint-stripping gun. use a rag around the choke key to get a better purchase. In future use copper/litium grease in the threads to stop this happening!
This has nothing to do with this video. But I have a mossberg 500A Tactical. I know how to do about everything except fully Dissasemble it and change the magazine spring. its a 7+1 and I keep 4 Hornaday TAPs in it always I have had it for 2 years so I think it is time to change the spring do you think you can show a video and deminstrate if you know how to do it. Thank you
I've read about lubricating a shotty. But couldn't understand the written word's directions. Actually seeing it pointed out in this video made it all clear. Thanks, Larry.

I don't have one of those, but I'd be using a synthetic-grease. Synthetics are better !

Unless you're having feeding issues or the spring is rusty, you shouldn't need to change out the spring.
