The Reason why it appears the Green Ranger has a big ass head was due to the fact that his costumes a lil' bigger than everyone elses..

Including his Gloves,Dragonsheild,& Helmet.. His base coustume under it is the same as everyone elses..

So it looks really deformed & odd..

The thing i dont get about The Green Ranger suit is

The Gloves & Shoes have a different Design then the other Rangers..

Green has Long Triangles whereas the Rangers have Diamonds)

But Green has Diamond shapes (Torso)

Because the green sentai, Burai or something like that, died because he was in a cave that if he got out he had a limited time to live he first came out as a bad guy then became a good guy and helped them as long as he could until he died, is not like he died though he didn't belong to this time so he ceased to exist.
