I concur with kmci89. The Spirit that came on Saul, the first king, (1 Samuel 10: 6-10) and David, (1 Samuel 16: 13) and that moved upon the face of the deep in Genesis (Genesis 1:2) IS the Holy Ghost, or Holy Spirit! They are one and the same (2 Corinthians 3:17) ...that's why Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. When He sent back His Spirit (John 16: 7, 13), it was the Spirit I just mentioned. There is no new Ghost or Spirit just for New Testament times.

The only time I shout is when I feel the Spirit of God moving mightily. I have trouble just dancing because "I" feel like it or something. In any event remember Psalms 150? It lists a number of ways to praise the Lord, but at the end it is all summed up by saying "Let everything that hath 'breath' praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord". Well, know this, HALLELUJAH is the HIGHEST praise. So if you want a dance to give to the Lord pray about it, but until then just give him a HALLELUJAH. God bless!
