@epicwarding You do realise that Forza uses real physics and precise rendering of cars and tracks down to handling and behaviour, right? Because for most petrol-heads, racing games other than it lack that "X Factor" of realism of actually getting behind the wheel of a car- i.e., requiring more skill to understand what really is good technique. I've owned/driven a few of the cars featured in Forza and, yes, that is how they handle. Btw, there are drivers with the skill to actually do this "IRL."

@scotty688 i dont mean to ruin your happiness in any way but the drifting in Forza 3 is sooooooooooooooooo much easier than drifting in GT5. I mean the cars are so easy to handle and turn and hardly show significant under or over steering. Cars like the ferraris should have their backsides all over the place but in Forza 3 they dont. Nevertheless cool video.

@normalguyhere With the Ferrari thing, you can turn assists off which make the car handle with a lot more realism. I have GT5 and I have tried drifting and I must say I don't think they intended for there to be drifting.. Forza is easier because you can spend hours tuning the car to perfection.

@scotty688 Even without assists. Its not that GT5 is not catered for drifters. Its just its more realsitic. You try drifiting wiht a car with high HP and torque whcih is rear wheel drived. Its almost impossible to keep in control. In GT5 there will be massive oversteer, so you will have to go faster, and applying the brakes would lock them resulting in fishtailing. This is real drifting; Forza 3 however shows no evidence of any of this and so is not realistic but does not mean it is not fun.

@normalguyhere Actually Forza 3 is pretty complex to drift on. It pretty much exactly like real life. If you don't apply enough throttle the drift wont last and applying too much throttle will make it impossible to control and will spin out. As far as I know thats more realistic than GT5's drifting. I will give GT5 credit for being realistic, but I hate the leveling up system and the fact you have to unlock damage etc.
