Ok first of all why do you have those different colors shinning on the house like that. Second the house is too big for a modern house. Third most of the furniture is not modern you just changed the color to black and white to make it look as if it is modern.

@mrtayreed16 Hey, well first of all the colors are to give the house a little life at night.. it looks good, second, where does it say that modern homes have to be a certain size? the size of the house does not vary by it's style, because it's a modern house it doesn't mean it has to be small, i like feeling small in spaces... third, just as a reminder I built this house using all the original content from the Sims 3, no expansions or downloaded content, so yeah.. limited choices..
