i had this phone for about a month before trading it in for my EnV touch, i did this primarily because of the texting problem which is quite simply that sometimes when you touch the "A" it will type "P" or "T" or whatever letter it decides, if this was just an occasional problem i would have been ok with it but it happened so regularly, and it often just refused to let me type what i wanted to so i would have to restart the phone...i was very displeased with this phone and would not recommend it

i have this phone and it really sucks. it almost never works right. it goes 2 the wrong things constantly. the flip screen blocks usage of your left hand while txting. and the full keyboard is a real pain 2 txt on. and it turns off constantly for no reason. of course ive dropped it quite a few times but things started not working before that.

i got this phone, and have dropped it many times, and it still fucking holds up good ! the clear flip hasn't fucked up on me, and i have had this phone for more than a year, a year and 2 months. it is great to this day. chargeds fine, calls fine, texts fine, internets fine, and everything on it is fine ! this phone holds up good for me, and takes great photos for a 2.0 megapixel camera.

And the phone is pretty kick ass, the only problem is that it's a ROYAL BEOCH to txt using it's full keyboard cause the clear flip part almost completely blocks the use of your left hand.

I have had this phone for over a year. I hate it with a passion. While talking to people it puts them on mute, goes through my contacts list, hang up on them, etc. The touch screen is far too sensitive while engaged in an actual phone call, yet is horrible when it comes to texting, as the touch screen usually will activate the buttons around the one you want.

The phone freezes all the time and has a ton of lag. I can't wait til my 2 years are up so I can get another phone.

I've had this phone for a while now and I don't like it very much. It has a tendency to run slow, and scrolling thorough my contacts drives me crazy. Also the texting is difficult since the flip part gets in the way, and since it's heat sensitive I had a very frustrating winter. I would not recommend this phone. You can get much better ones for either the same price, or about fifty dollars more.

one of my friends has this phone, and he actually broke his contract with verizon just because he hated it so much. because of the stupid heat sensitivity, it keeps doing stuff he doesn't want it to, and it also means it wont work if you have cold hands. it also used to press things in his pocket, and the flap is very annoying. im sorry, but this phone is just terrible.

This phone is awesome. Its not touch, its heat sensitive. All those people out there got this phone, and it was probably just a faulty phone, and you all cant understand the concepts of the phone. Almost every phone breaks!!! Thats why you dont be a lazy ass skank and drop it a lot and you take care of it!!! THis phone is awesome to me. I have had 5 of these phones and they all suck ass. hard to use, poor quality. If you are interested in buying it make sure you search on the internet for cracks in the zn4. you will see that there are many issues with cracking in the front cover. that is why I had 5 of them. DO NOT BUY

this phone sucks. on numerous occasions, I wouldn't need to even touch the phone and it would be tapping away at the keys. Without control, I would be forced to abort the text by shutting the phone, where it proceeded to save it as a draft, much to my dismay. in other cases, i would be simply unable to send a text because I literally couldn't touch the send button. Simply amazing. I'm getting rid of this phone at my first opportunity, even if it takes paying the termination fee.

It is pretty cool to bust out with others, especially with the top being see through and all, but using it is a pain. The buttons are small enough to be a nuisance for texting, and when you try calling a place that requires you to push additional buttons, it freaks out on you, or becomes a bit of a nuisance. Personally, when I get the chance, I'm switching.

Its not body heat. Its called a capacitive touch.. It uses electrical impulses from your skin, like the iphone or ipod touch. Other phones use a presure touch, such as EnV touch and the samsung SAGA. these use pressure, so you can use a stylus. a stylus cannot be used with the Krave or iPhone as it does not have the electrical impulses your skin does. And... thats why theres a lock button... Duh.

I have this phone at the moment and its the worst electronic experience ive ever had in my life. The touch screen works so horribly its worthless, the menu is inconvenient, its has NO special features worth mentioning, and i have come to personally find it very ugly over time. How bad this phone is brings the worth while existence of Motorola to question. This phone is 100% a trap.

i just bought this phone and I have a couple of problems

One - Everyone tells me it sounds like i have a sock on my mouth when I'm talking on it..

Two - Sometimes it turns off for no reason, but rarely..

Three - When using the QWERTY, sometimes my bottom row of buttons wont respond until I hit another button first..

Four - I can't use my video recorder when my SD Card is in..

on my 6th month. very difficult to use. touch screen is very unresponsive, especially when it's closed. when i use the normal keyboard, it always hits clear when i'm pushing done. when using the full keyboard, it always pushes comma when i'm pushing the period. when it's closed, there's no way you can push back while in music. it's too small and i always have to open it anyways. the touch part sucks all around. but its still really cool phone and i don't regret getting it.... most of the time
