1) Pour a small amount of extra soy before steaming.

2) Don't OVER-aerate or allow big bubbles as you do. (Most likely the problem.)

3) Pour.

4) Scoop out initial foam.

5) Re-pour until any foam is almost spilling over the brim.

6) Slide side-edge of spoon under leftover foam and lift out.

7) Stop making excuses.

how about when a coutomer gives you the money on the counter and you have your hands out, hopping they would place it in your hand and expect you to put their change back into their hand. Well not with me it goes right onto the counter. The same way i recieved it is the same way they will get it back.
