You're right...they just got a guy to dress up as a Lt Cdr, throw on the trident, and pretend to be a SEAL. Not. These are SEALs, but judging by the rediculous facial hair & clothes, I'd say it's late 80's early 90's. The SEALs of today look alot different.

The SAS are still the no1 SF unit in the world, they were the first of their kind, everyone based their training from the SAS. There are competitions held for SF units (for those who don't know) to this date 22 Regt British Army have never been beaten. Even people serving in other countries SF Units will agree, if they answer honnestly, anyone if the S**t hit the fan their no1 help of choice would be 22 REGT British Army over anyone else.

We train in the present and have even more techneques behind the camera. And that goes for all the rest of you brits and european counties! Stop sayin other armies are bad! underestimating the opponent is foolish! If your in the armed forces for your country it certainly doesnt sound so!

i beg to differ the mp5 is good,it is a short range weapon the mac11 too,uzis.but i would say the m60 is much more efficent. go navy seals. seal team 1
