@tombeatable Now it's slightly simpler and at the same time dumb. Unfortunately youtube doesn't show how to do this just like they dont show where the "reply with video" button has gone. Now you simply right click the video and click "copy embedded html"

I assume it's when the embedding has been disabled by request of the uploader or something of the sort. I do enjoy embedding videos, and when I embed in WordPress, all I need is the link, but for other sites, I've had to use the specific embed code. Of course, if embedding has been disabled for a video, it still won't work as an embed even with the link, but it will bring you to youtube.
