While I admire the animation and the atmosphere created, I think it's typical of corporate culture today, which praises imagination and vision - in theory - while ruthlessly suppressing creativity and imagination in practice.

Someone with sparks of genius and a vision for the future like Mr Honda would not be welcome in today's Honda or any other multinational like it.

A really beautiful animation, I was meant to turn off the password to my laptop and write this comment, but I really couldn't bring my self away from it, not even pause it. In the end I was watching it through, (successfully) fighting back tears, but it was the final two sentences that brought them through. @alienwarealien0 ford is most famous for the idea of using an assembly line to create the Ford Model T. Before this all cars were made individually by hand. His inspiration was believed to come from watching a slaughterhouse and how they used separate steps to increase productivity
