Islidur is a decent player, but with it a very aggressive player which is what makes him very dangerous, just ask Patrick Antonius. A lot of players like this (like Tom Dwan) will then make a lot of money very quickly. But.... like Tom Dwan, will loose a lot of big pots. It's keeping hold of you'r money and organising you'r bank roll that makes you a very good player, like the pros you see on the television. (Sorry for any bad spelling)

your view on luck online is a bit askewed in my opinion, i see the same beats online as i do live. Has someone hit a two/three outer on both when i'm a 70-80% favorite. yes. I is more frequent online because u see an average of 100hands/hour, live you see maybe 20-30/hour

they see more hands in one year then live players in five. they are introduced and put in situations more often than live. Watch high stakes poker, tom dwan has not had a losing session playing against live pros. he is destroying them, and he puts the fear in them. when they asked the live pros, all of them says dwan has the most gamble out of all of them. So is it still luck that an online pro is destroying live pros on a regular basis?

I know there are many reasons players play differently online then live, but all I said was you need to still play your opponent and not just the cards. :-)

@Mikey1724 highly unlikely. I'm open to all possibilities in life, but i really doubt it. Ivey is a true professional gambler. He plays because he loves the game. At the highest levels, players are usually very honorable people. They'll tell you if you're exposing your hole cards in a live game, things like that. Plus he's so freaking rich anyway. He's known to bring a million to the craps tables. What does he care about a few hundred thousand
