I live in the United States and visited Holbrook in the summer of 2007. Since that visit I have found out our family lived in Holbrook Moor. Is that area covered in your Holbrook video and if so what start and stop numbers do I look at?

I think it is on the north end of town going toward Belper. There is a Moorside Lane today. Can you tell me if you drove on it?

Thanks. Bargate starts at 4:13, when the car goes over the top of the hill. It ends at 4:48 as the film starts to descend the hill before entering Belper.

My sister just moved to Holbrook and, as I live in Oz, I haven't been there yet. I think I've worked out her house at 3.45 near what sounds like a brilliant pub. An odd subject style but it seems to have struck a chord with a few people. Thanks

Lovely footage of the very beautiful and peace village of Holbrook! I lived he as a child for 11 years! Miss it lots as it was my first proper home and one that i shall never forget!. There are also great walks, love the woods and the views! truely amazing!

viewed half of this clip-you have grasped a great visual idea with speeding up your footage and editing, etc. what would be awesome would be five minutes of open road with nothing in view except the road/highway and maybe the soundtrack of the radio broadcasting the news or no soundtrack at all except the bored breathing of the driver.
