  • Well my time is not covered under the warranty, loser, I spent like 1 week of my life at your fcking garage. FIRST CHRYSLER PRODUCT, LAST ONE. And they say that the quality is comparable to Toyota and Honda. My 2003 Camry with 51000 miles went to the dealership once for a brake job, the rest is just regular maintenance. Comparable? Yeah right..

  • I have a 2009 Grand Caravan 4.0 34000 miles, within the last 2 years I had to change or repair: - Break pads and discs @ 9000 miles (considered normal by the dealership) - Calipers - Battery - locks and internal mechanism for the sliding doors 3 times - Steering wheel leather wrap - Windshield washer module - Fod light bulbs 2 times - Something in the transmission - Keyless remotes (@ 275$ each) - Display of the radio - Etc Etc Dealer says why the anger, most repairs were done free of charge
  • it is the connector behind the cluster not the bcm.

  • Had the same problem with my T&C, I now punch the dashboard with my fist and it cranks / all the instrument displays come back on. Works every time..

  • theres fuses that go to the gauges

  • funny

  • Hi, Only 2 things make your cluster dead

solder joint and body control module, try to take out cluster and resolder connector joints 13 pins (solder cracked), many caravan and town & country had these problems.

  • factory car of cost is about 3000 dollar they make money of people

  • trade it in for a honda odyssey.

  • Yea......I think not!!!!!!

  • Why should he keep this POS if it is not functioning properly?

  • true that. trade it in 4 a 2008 odyssey. theyre alot more comfortable than that POS.

  • Buy a Ford.

  • hahahaha

  • You need to go to the fuse box under the hood. Unplug the IOD......plug it back in......then unplug the battery for 5-10 minutes. It should come back for sure!!

  • What year is it? We have a'97 Dodge Caravan and once in a while, when we turn on the van, non of the electronics work. In order to fix, we need to turn off the van and back on.

  • it's a 2008

  • no its not

  • typical Chrysler issues.

sounds like a failing body control module which controls things like the instrument cluster. I've seen quite a few videos of newer Chrysler's doing that. Some people fix it by resetting the module but often it comes back.

  • my van did the same thang

  • Pontiac Montana Sv6 have no problems

  • unplug the battery for 5 minutes, then plug it in and you should be ok. It's common to many cars. Happened on my Town & Country, Buick Century, and Toyota Camry.

  • Happened to ours just yesterday, actually.

  • sometimes it happenes to my montero exept luckily only the rpm gadge

  • Why can't this Chrysler minivan have a scary buzzer instead of a chime?

  • lol my dad's old dodge shadow that was totaled a couple of years ago had the buzzer. because i was like 5 at the time it creaped me out. actualy it was more than a couple of years ago. well it scared me lol

  • are you really driving while taking the video? that poses a safety hazard =/

  • no he had neutral in

  • should have compared to a VW Eurovan, honda oddessey, or a toyota Seianna before you bought an american car. (just my two cents) good luck with the repairs!

  • Deplug the battery during about a minute than replug it and it should be ok! It did that and that's what we did and it is alright now...
